1. Service Agreement

By contacting or booking Mukhtar Ahmed AC Repair, you agree to these terms. Our services are provided in Al Muzahmiyah and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

2. Free Inspection

Inspection and diagnosis are provided at zero cost. You are under no obligation to proceed with repairs after the free inspection.

3. Pricing

• The full price for any repair or service is agreed upon verbally or in writing before work begins
• The agreed price will not change after completion
• Payment is due only after the service is completed and you are satisfied
• Spare parts remain the property of Mukhtar Ahmed if payment is not made

4. Warranty

All repair work carries a warranty on parts and labor. Warranty period varies by service type and will be communicated at the time of service. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, the technician returns free of charge.

5. Spare Parts

We use genuine OEM spare parts only. Counterfeit or low-quality parts are never used. Parts used in your repair are warranted against defects.

6. Cancellation

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at any time by calling or messaging 0530278876. We ask for at least 1 hour notice when possible.

7. Liability

Mukhtar Ahmed AC Repair is not liable for pre-existing damage, damage caused by previous third-party repairs, or faults unrelated to the service performed. We take full responsibility for the specific work we perform.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
